Godzilla vs Kong: New Powers, Dual Plots?

There are a number of Godzilla vs Kong updates making the rounds on the internet, including rumors of plot leaks that promise Godzilla will have “new powers” and that Kong will be carrying a weapon.

Not a rumor: Actress Eiza Gonzalez (Baby Driver, BloodshotHobbs and ShawAlita: Battle Angel) told The Hollywood Reporter about the upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong:

“It’s these two worlds colliding. Both stories are going parallel, as you’ll see, without giving anything away. It’s a large cast as well, and it was really fun to be part of it. There’s so much going on, but the heart of it is two young girls as well, which is such a positive message for society nowadays. It’s just incredible.”
