SNL: Cursed Mirror Workout (Nick Jonas)

“Help! I’m trapped inside this workout mirror!”

Know those workout mirrors where there's a fitness instructor “inside” the Mirror? Ever wonder what it would be like if your Mirror was cursed? Well, let the cast of Saturday Night Live, along with guest host / musical guest Nick Jonas show you.

Jonas and SNL-regular Heidi Gardner are Mirror-based fitness instructors for SNL cast members Chris Redd and Mikey Day. The system all seems fine right up until an elderly woman (played by Kate McKinnon) appears in the Mirror and exclaims, “Help! I’m trapped inside this workout mirror!”

Turns out that a demon (played by Pete Davidson), trapped her there to spend an eternity teaching people how to squat. It’s hilarious and bizarre.

But for some viewers, the takeaway was apparently, “So, how do I get Nick Jonas as the fitness instructor in my Mirror?”
